Few tourists in town, as also its center there is not much to visit, but that's just what we like because it is pleasant to walk without being constantly alpaguer for tourist services, such as c ' was the case in Baños. The people are friendly and we spend a pleasant time to stroll through the markets. Unaccustomed to foreigners, "Señor" We are delighted to welcome their booths and show us or give us taste their products. This is an opportunity for us to discover lots of new fruits and vegetables, unknown in our latitudes, and try some local delicacies like Chicharron (skin and grilled pork rind, very light and digestible ...), 
or the delicious nougat Local-based milk jam and filled with peanuts. We can also prepare teas finally true with real plants, not bags, on the advice of a benevolent señora.
But despite this excellent experience we leave the city after a few days, driven by bad weather prevents us from flying into the surrounding villages. We then decide of Reprendre the rally route will désert et sans trop attendre peruvian.
