women, comfort is less luxurious. But the welcome is almost always great. How open-minded to these women to open their homes to these strangers who come from another planet! The meal is invariably the same: chicken-rice byriani sauce, served with a salad tomato, cucumber, eat sitting down with my fingers, off race. On numerous occasions we were invited at the last minute or so, and I admire these women which, on "order" leu husband cooked their meal with their pride and sense of hospitality, ancient tradition in these Gulf countries. 
Some details attracted my attention:

Brown plastic enamel, together with the many bouquets of artificial flowers ...
moldings, arches, tiles, mosaics and ironwork ...

The unbeatable big TV, plugged 24/24, on cartoons, commercials with propaganda: A pretty
carved door ... yum! In 
studio version, more modest, but you can see carpet, fan, air conditioning and television ...

It's the same style of furniture and ornaments. In humans, gilding and luxury. In women, lack of comfort and hardiness (why, dirty children all, and for the time they spend in the kitchen, do not bother to load it!)
