Because of the stifling heat of the region, a refreshing taste with joy "cane juice", a kind of sugar cane juice flavored with lemon, sugar cane is pressed in a traditional wooden machine and squeeze. Here sugar cane is omnipresent, even more than elsewhere, because the region is home to a large part of their culture. Cali leave after two days, bound to Popayan, in the hope of a little more quiet.
